This Japanese brand was established in the 1950s, initially focusing on clothing manufacturing and later gaining prominence on the world stage in the mid-1960s. In 1965, the brand held its own fashion show in New York with a butterfly theme, showcasing elegant designs and meticulous craftsmanship that earned widespread acclaim, earning it the title of "Madame Butterfly" in the fashion world. Subsequently, the brand's works frequently appeared in Vogue magazine, and it received the highest honors in the American fashion industry in 1967, 1970, and 1976.

To promote Japan's aesthetic sensibility, the brand chose traditional Japanese dyeing techniques—Yuzen—to produce its products. By the late 1990s, they began designing handbags, always adhering to the design philosophy of blending Eastern and Western elements. Some of their iconic designs include the "HM" logo, the gold ring emblem, and the butterfly bow.

This deep blue diamond-patterned lambskin handbag boasts a very soft texture. It features a square boxy design, suitable for carrying various daily essentials. We will include a 1:1 custom-made handcrafted non-woven inner lining bag, valued at $180, matching the original inner lining design and also equipped with a hidden zip pocket. In addition to a hand-held leather strap (not suitable for cross-body wear), it comes with a replaceable long chain, making it very versatile for any outfit.

Condition:
There are extremely minor signs of use on the exterior, while the interior shows very slight aging signs, with only one or two spots of peeling, but since it comes with an inner lining bag, it does not affect its use at all.
