Members of ISLET HK must apply for membership using a correct and valid mobile phone number and email address to facilitate future identity verification for member information updates.

Membership points are valid for 12 months, and all points earned before the past 12 months will expire at the end of the 12th month. Members must redeem rewards within the points redemption period using the accumulated points in their member account; otherwise, points will automatically expire.

Members shopping at ISLET HK studios and the official website can earn different membership points based on their member level.

The total amount of membership points earned per transaction is calculated based on the actual payment amount of the order, that is, after deducting shipping fees, using coupons, or point reductions. The amounts of all discounts/cash coupons, etc., will not be included in the points calculation.

For any transactions canceled for any reason, we will cancel the points earned from that transaction.

Except for coupon codes, store credits, and shipping fees, all purchases can earn points. If there are special arrangements, explanations will be provided at that time.

Unless otherwise specified, membership points can be used to purchase any ISLET HK product.

When shopping on the ISLET HK official website, points will be updated to your member account within a reasonable period.

You can check your points and rewards at any time on your member account on the ISLET HK official website.

All membership points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The membership rewards program is only applicable to shopping at ISLET HK studios and the official website.

When shopping at ISLET HK studios and wishing to accumulate points, you must present your personal phone number or email address.

Points and rewards are for the member's personal use and redemption only and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded in any way.

If the member points reflected in your account do not match our internal records, our computer records will prevail, and members may not dispute this.

ISLET HK reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, ISLET HK reserves the final decision right.
