Ordering Guidelines for Fashion Products

Once an order is placed and paid for, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Also, changes to the order details (style/color/size) are not allowed.

Once the goods are sold, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

1️⃣ In-stock items are generally shipped within 2-4 working days.

2️⃣ Orders for Korean products may take approximately 10-20 working days. If encountering high demand/end of season or other special circumstances, the production time may be slightly delayed.

3️⃣ Due to lighting during photoshoots and variations in manufacturing batches, there may be slight discrepancies in color and size.

4️⃣ If an item is out of stock, we will process a full cash refund for you.
