Shipping policy

For orders from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Singapore, delivery will be arranged via SF Express with payment upon delivery. Orders from Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States will be shipped using Hongkong Post's airmail service. (Please contact customer service for detailed charges). Orders are expected to be processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days after placing the order (excluding the day of purchase). Sundays and public holidays are not included. If there is a higher volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters during festive holidays, shipment may be delayed.

All local orders will be shipped via SF Express with payment upon delivery. Therefore, the shipping fee column on the payment page will show as HK$0. You will need to settle the shipping fee with SF Express logistics upon receipt of the goods. We also provide international shipping, and you can refer to our FAQ for more detailed information.

After the products are dispatched from the warehouse, the logistics company will deliver the products to the address specified in your order. According to information provided by SF Express, they generally complete delivery within 1-3 working days after collecting the goods. Any delivery dates mentioned during the ordering process are only estimates, and ISLET HK does not guarantee delivery times. ISLET HK is not responsible for any delivery delays due to any reason.
