Q. What are the payment methods?
 A. For Hong Kong customers, we accept FPS / Payme / Visa / Master; for overseas customers, you can pay by Visa, Master, AE or UnionPay.

Q. Will you ship to other countries besides Hong Kong?
 A. Sure, we can arrange shipping to Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, and the Netherlands. For Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, we'll arrange SF Express COD (Cash on Delivery) service. For Japan, South Korea, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries, we'll use Hong Kong Post airmail service.

Q. How much is the approximate shipping cost?
(1) Hong Kong/Macau
SF Express collect: about HK$30 - $50 (depending on the weight of the goods and the delivery address)
(Can be sent to smart cabinet/SF station/industrial or commercial or residential address)

(2) Taiwan
SF Express collect: about HK$80 - $100 ( Depends on cargo weight and delivery address)

(3) Other overseas regions
Hong Kong Post: About HK$200-400 ( Depends on cargo weight and delivery address)

Q. Can I choose to meet in person?
A. Yes, the current meeting location is only at Lok Fu MTR Station. There will be a designated face-to-face time every week. You can make an appointment with our customer service after placing your order.

Q. What should I do if fashion items are out of stock?
A. We will provide a full cash refund to the general manager.

Q. Do you provide consignment/acquisition of second-hand product services?
A. Not yet.
