Ordering Guidelines for Second-hand Products

The item you are ordering is a second-hand product, not a brand-new item.

Second-hand items have their own history, and leather products may show signs of aging. Therefore, we do not guarantee the lifespan of any product (refunds will not be provided if the product's lifespan does not meet your expectations). However, we meticulously check the quality of each item. If there are any obvious damages, signs of aging, or usage marks, we will describe them accurately and provide photos.

Once the goods are sold, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If, unfortunately, you discover any serious issues not mentioned after receiving the item, please contact us. We will do our best to provide relevant information or solutions, ensuring that you are happy and confident with your purchase.

1️⃣ Major defects will be noted, but minor imperfections might not be fully listed. Perfectionists, please consider carefully.

2️⃣ Building on the above, before ordering, we can provide photos detailing specific areas if requested by the buyer. Please raise any concerns before completing your order. After payment is made, it will be assumed that the buyer has no further questions, and refunds will not be offered.

3️⃣ Second-hand products, being pre-owned, will inevitably bear some signs of use (e.g., clothes might have loose threads or pilling; handbags may show wear). Perfectionists should refrain from ordering.

4️⃣ Due to varying screen resolutions of electronic devices, there may be some color discrepancy between photos and the actual product. We strive to adjust the images to closely match the actual product during the shooting and post-production process. Those who cannot tolerate any color discrepancy should please look elsewhere. (Refunds based on color discrepancies are not accepted)

5️⃣ Measurements are taken manually and may contain minor inaccuracies.

7️⃣ Items can be picked up at a specified time at Lok Fu MTR station (a schedule will be updated weekly) or delivered via SF Express with shipping costs to be paid by the recipient.
